Regional Education Coordinator

In this role, Susan will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and evaluating the stroke education plans for the NEO Stroke Network. She will develop the annual education plan and priorities for the region in cooperation with the Regional Stroke Steering Committee. She works with health care providers across the continuum of care.

Regional Community and Long-Term Care Specialist

In this role, Sue will be responsible for establishing a strong working relationship between hospital based stroke care providers and long-term care and community care stroke care providers across northeastern Ontario. This will include developing an effective communication framework and the implementation of stroke care best practice principles in the long-term care and community care sectors.
